What is perfect justice?

If you have ever discussed hell with a Christian, the conversation almost invariably turns too "god's justice is perfect"
However they often fail to define prefect justice, so I wish to ask it here. What is perfect justice?
And if we do not know what perfect justice is, how could we know god's justice is perfect?

Well of course God's justice is perfect, because God is perfect so anything he does is perfect. It's true because it says so in the bible and the bible is true and perfect because God wrote it.
Seriously this is the kind of "logic" Christians like to use to defend stories of genocide and other mass killings in the bible. It's OK if God does it, just because. Don't question it because if you start asking questions it makes me want to question my own beliefs and that makes me uncomfortable.
