Well, ever notice how they argue that point? When you point out that they should not eat shellfish or meat and dairy products together, they blow it off as, "those are just old Jewish dietary laws." Yes, but they're in the same book of the bible as that "kill gays" nonsense. When you point out that animal sacrifice is required in the bible, they trot out the "that's just the old covenant with God that was nullified when Jesus died on the cross." OK, so then why the fascination with the ten commandments, since it's part of the old covenant?
