The ideology of the religion is dangerous, I won't deny that. But seriously a lot of muslims are able to move away from that, and if you don't accept them as part of your society, you're not winning any shit. It's damned if they do damned if they don't. I won't say the religion isn't dangerous, it very well is, but use your free speech and change some minds. Every time voting season comes around everyone seems to understand that however many we can get on our side the better we'll do. But somehow when it comes to religious ideas that very tool we always use to get what we want we toss out the window. Islam isn't the only religious problem in the US, creationism seems to be high up on that list as well. The sooner we engage these people and try to talk them out of it, the better it'd be.

There are atheist groups like Iranian Atheists and Syrian Atheists, while they may not be located in those countries, the people who own them and run them, have escaped and or have family and current ties to those countries.

Why? Here in Murica, we have law enforcement, and a thing called the Constitution. When "they" (you might specify for me please) start infringing on my rights I'll worry about it.
