Shooting at the Capital
|
Assuming you have a car, go open your hood and imagine someone shooting a pistol with three quick shots about 6 inches in front of where the windshield starts, aiming about 10 inches below the hood and see for yourself what is located there. Distributer, coil packs gas lines wire harnesses. Then get back with us..
Find the cure for Fundementia!
And there is no way I could do it and I doubt those police officers could either. Not while in the heat of the moment and their main concern was stopping her from causing harm to others.
They may have acted differently if they knew there was a child in the car, but to my knowledge they didn't.
I say this calls for tougher "Car Control".
Oh wait.... RE: Shooting at the Capital

What a silly conversation.
Ricochets, oblique angles, shit aim, FMJ vs. hollowpoint penetrating characteristics, location of shooter in relation to car, individual auto engine bay layout, possible mid or rear engine, jesus. May as well just issue anti tank rounds to patrolmen...because that would be more likely to work. Control of the vehicle I would need to evade their assimilation of me into a detention camp. *groans* (October 6, 2013 at 5:55 pm)freedomfromfallacy Wrote:(October 6, 2013 at 5:46 pm)Captain Colostomy Wrote: Lojack. I don't know if it has a kill switch, but installing all cars with one could work. (Cue groans from the peanut gallery.) Seeing as driving isn't an unassailable right, I don't see an issue...unless it's abused.
And you know the police would abuse it.
