It's one of those things that isn't meant to be explainable because it's beyond the human ability to comprehend it. The idea is you have one God who represents a community of love within himself the result being a God of love as love is relational and his creatures share in that community of the Trinity.

The "too complex for human minds" answer is simply bullshit. It's the go-to rebuttal for anything a theist cannot extrapolate upon, it's lazy.

I think of the trinity as being different body parts but of the same body.
