how does christianity explain the inequality of quality of life?

i have recently become an atheist, but im still wondering about things in christinaity that made 0 sense to me.

Somehow, it seems this will be a continuing theme in your life. I hope that won't be a problem

for example, why is it that some christians people end up with great careers and seem to have a really nice life, and others struggle and struggle and just cant seem to get anywhere.

does god bless some people more than others? if so why?

Perhaps it isn't that God blesses some people more than others... perhaps he's testing them. Are they ungracious in power, are they bitter in weakness? How are they in tumult?

That would certainly suit the whole 'get into heaven over X' lined out.

is god against social justice?

Possibly. Depends on your understanding of what 'social justice' is.

in heaven will everything be equal? if christianity preaches so much these days that our "works" don't have any value compared to our "faith", will "riches in heaven" just be more prominent to people who just exhibit more faith in this life?

May want to try reading up on it. Short answer: no.

You're trying to find sense in something that in itself does not make sense. The problem with the bible and every other religious text is that anyone could come along and write similar passages that makes just about as much sense as the ones you know and pass it off as truth without having to provide any further evidence than the passage they just wrote. Observe.
