There are religious elements in the trilogy, but not heavily so until the second and third novels. The first novel is more an introduction to what I am attempting to present.

By religious elements, I mean that the main female detective character is an atheist practically thrust into a situation where she has to discern reality from religion.

Hrm, that sounds interesting. Is it like a cult type situation?

YES! I have a lot of stories at any moment that could be brilliant, but so often, it comes out all wrong.
