No, if the woman wants have the baby removed then she can. Once it is viable and can survive without her, she can no longer have it cut into pieces and pulled out of her vagina. She has the choice to have it removed, but not to kill it to avoid a small scar.

Yes it is your body. You can elect to have the fetus removed. But once it is viable and can live without your help, you cannot choose to kill it in the process. You can withdraw your consent, and have it removed in tact and alive.
You are responsible for your actions. You know having sex can get you pregnant. Being a complete moron isn't a good excuse. Using that as a reason for killing another human being is frankly absurd.
Luckily, you can't kill it. Once it is viable you will be sent to jail for infanticide if you do so.
