Beliefs turned nasty

Sometimes local beliefs and customs can turn nasty and I'm going to use Africa for my example. Local witchdoctors or "Sangoma's" (http://wikipedia.org/wiki/Sangoma) operates within communities and cause a lot of harm. Here are some of their beliefs:

It is scary to think that people still follow these beliefs and rituals!
