Well how many fingers do you have? I have 8 fingers and 2 thumbs. What, do you have 10 fingers? Weirdo. Big Grin

Exactly! And yet he lost 9!

For effective communication, one finger is all you need.

Board games? No. Just...no. In a family full of red heads and ADD-AD/HDers, family game night is a sure way to ensure a fistfight.

Cards? The same. Also dinner, movies, and any otherthing a family typically does together.

I blame my wife.

We play Scrabble® in our family. We used to play full-contact Scrabble®, but we've mellowed.

I love Scrabble. That and Trivial Pursuit are faves of mine. Oddly enough, I have trouble finding willing victims opponents.

Trivial Pursuit is fun. I like many board games, always have.

I like word games like scrabble but my perfectionism slows me down and stresses me out.

Poker on the other hand, now that is a game! My favorite is Omaha hi/lo. You should like playing on line, Apo. No shuffling, dealing, holding of cards. You can be chatty or just turn off the talk. I always multi-task, usually online, so I don't like to chat a lot.

I think "Giant Two" is a Chinese game. It is in the rotation of games I play over dinner every night. So is Smear, which is popular out in the northern midwest, I think. Growing up, we played Pinochle, but if I never play it again that would be fine. Oh, we also play "Up and Down the River" and I don't know where that comes from

Hey, if anyone ever wants to play an all AF.org poker game on line I think we can get a table on PokerStars. My brother used to arrange that for us all.

I am SO down with that! Except I hate omaha. Wink no limit holdem and I'm there!

I'm a terrible poker player, and I don't like to gamble, so I only play to be social with friends at parties.
