If a cop shoots someone for something his grandfather did, or worse that a total stranger did, yes. the cop is a bad person.
If biblically no one had free will, then they can't be said to be evil. First you need to be responsible for your own actions before you can be considered good or evil.
If he wasn't capable of love and mercy until he sacrificed himself to himself to save us from eternal punishment because of things out of our control, then that pretty much proves he's a sociopath.

As if it's not bad enough that we're born into sin because of something we aren't in control of, we are just flat out denied entrance into heaven if we're born out of wedlock. What is with Yahweh and punishing people who have no control over the situation they're in?
This means I can be born through marriage, but because my great grandfather was born out of wedlock I might as well have nothing to do with god at all.
Can you really be that dense, I thought you said you were a Christian and knew scriptures. Please if this is the best you can do stop, you are beginning to become an embarrassment to your fellow atheist.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

If it is both deliberate and avoidable, then absolutely.

Matthew 5:18-19 (among others)
Every last letter of the OT applies, forever. Jesus himself said so. Christians saying "this didn't apply anymore" are ignoring the words of their own God-person.

I didn't come across stuff like this in sunday school. They focused more of the friendly stuff. If ever I started becoming an embarrassment to atheists, I'd rather hear it from an atheist. Do you have anything substantial to add?

Just go a little further in Deuteronomy - to 23:3
It says that a Mamzer - a person whose parents were NOT married - cannot enter in the congregation of the lord.
Since the xtians claim that the christ was his own father (Part of the one god) - obviously he could not marry his mother - which is also not allowed
So the christ would have been shunned by the religion - and not allowed to be taught the religion - nor enter the temples.
More reasons why the christ is a "creation of later human imagination" - nothing more
Obviously - those that created the christ myth had little actual knowledge of the Jewish religion.
