There is nothing useful in Buddhism anymore. Buddhism needs to fade and the only reason it exist is because of culture, tradition and ritualism. All of these things are fine and all but their purpose as functional philosophies are nonexistent. Buddhism is filled with woo and is entirely reliant upon it. The things Buddhism tries to address are secular and real but the philosophy of it is reliant upon superstition

I never claimed philosophy is worthless, quite the opposite. But you must realize without philosophy you would not have ethical systems and political systems right? Science is also a branch of philosophy.

Buddhism is quite different from theistic religions. Its defining trait is that it's an atheistic religion. No gods involved.
As for incompatibilities with "naturalistic atheism", I fail to see the problem. Two worldviews (while atheism in and of itself is not a worldview, the addition of the term "naturalistic" makes it so) being incompatible isn't an issue for either one.
You might want to complete your post. What do "people" think Buddhism is exempt from?
