Spring Showers Bring Summer Dresses

No dresses for me! Haha!

But I've been steadily losing weight for the passed year. I gained about 25 pounds from the first anti-psychotic I was put on, and now I only have about 5 pounds left of that weight. I don't do much exercising besides a few sit-ups and some weights. I'm pretty lucky in the metabolism department - but I knooow that's not gonna last forever.

Buy him a multi gym, make it his problem .

The man walks about 4 miles almost every day (fitbit tracked) and does his own version of bending and squatting all the time - he's a professional photographer who manages a studio which mostly photographs kids. Screaming, running kids. He never puts on weight, because he walks off whatever he eats the next day. Making it "his problem" is just cruel.

I get the concept . It just seems odd to me that the vast majority of women I know seem to be striving for something that the people who have achieved it... Are not happy with.

Many people in general are not happy with themselves because they don't work on their inner selves at the same time or before their outer selves. Your life won't magically fall together just because you meet a requirement on a BMI or weight scale. Seriously, I got way more attention from guys after gaining weight that my doctor nags at me about (despite having beautiful bloodwork) because at the same time I was learning to not give a fuck and to live for myself.

It's like hair. There are people curling their straight hair whilst in the house next door someone else is straightening their curly hair.

Meh...hair is a lot more fluid in styling than reaching a weight goal.

I look goofy in sun dresses because I am so short and every dress I buy is too long.

I can't find capris for this reason. However, being only 5'3", I usually find most dresses to still be too short. On the other hand, Charlotte is really windy and I'm always afraid of Marilyn Monroe'ing everyone.

My wife started her weight loss program in September and has lost all she need to now. I didn't and haven't.

As it stands the only thing that's going to look good on me this summer is her.
