Promote females to get big clits. You can search it up on the internet. It looks like a mini penis. That way both can brag about it. And both becomes masculine.
Problem solved.
Also because XX and XY chromosomes. I have a feeling that part of the body is where male and female share the X from. Since before the conception of birth, this is where it decides if you get a penis or vagina.

My last girlfriend had a big clit like that. She was rather proud of it, although I don't recall her bragging about it. She said it was 100% natural, however, and no hormone pills or therapy was involved.
