"Whites were here first."

I also didn't really see the issue at first either. Who cares anyway. At what point on the evolutionary scale did apes officially become humans? If their skin was white or black or whatever at that point, it is not evidence that any race is better than another. Nobody of intelligence is going to use that as an argument for anything.

I like my humor dry. Like my Vermouth. If I drank Vermouth.

You know what they say about making a good martini: pour some gin and drink it in the same universe in which a good vermouth exists.

White skin is not caucasian. I'm betting they had big lips, wide, shallow noses, and exceptional athletic ability.

(see, no PC required lol)

There are skeletal differences between the so-called "races" of man, as well.

Did UV radiation cause those, too?

Consider these Melanesians.

Actually I'd argue for yes on that too - although I think its more a matter of heat management and UV rather than just UV.

Compare people living on the equator - who tend to be taller and thinner with dark skin thereby increasing the surface area to volume ratio to people who live in colder climes like the Inuit.

Inuit people are shorter and stouter. Their surface area is smaller compared to their volume as they wish to retain heat as much as possible.

There is growing evidence on the effect of environment on our design. Consider Homo floresiensis (known as the Hobbit). His dwarfism exactly mirrors that of other animals when cut off on small islands (for example the Maltese dwarf elephant, the pygmy hippo and so on).
