is there more than corn in IN.?

I fear judgement. That's what took me so long Tongue Don't whip too hard. I might enjoy it lol. Of course there's more than corn. There's a shit ton of god fearing Christians and a bunch of crack heads....although I'm not sure there's a difference Wink

One group are addicts who's habit guides their every decision and dominates their lives. The other is crack heads.

There's car racin'!

Welcome. Lovely state you have there, in some ways. Went to a conference near IUPUI a couple summers ago.

Nice av, too. Is that you, or some pop culture icon (I'm a pop culture moron).

Welcome to the forums, OfMiceAndMen.
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

Welcome to AF! ^_^

I've read the book only once. It was on the syllabus, and though it was a really good book, all the over-analyzing we did in class made me less inclined to pick it up again. Sad
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

Greetings OMaM!

I have a good friend - also a nasty, evil atheist - in South Bend. Been in Indiana quite a few times.

Fortunately, I like corn. Not so crazy about Christian nutters or meth heads though.
