Why did god create diseases?

It seems that your whole argument is based on the notion that if you were God, you would have done it differently so therefore God must be evil....or doesn't exist.....which is ludicrous.
How is living 10 years healthy and young and dying instantly worse than dying gradually and painfully over 10 years?
