Jesus is a fucktillion times more influential than confusionce.

We don't know if anyone is in Hell. Jesus spoke of Hell but we don't know that people suffer for eternity there. Scripture says that Christ after the crucifixion preached to souls in prison (even the sinners that died in the flood during noahs time) and released them from their prison.

Revelation also talks about Hades and death releasing the dead that were captive there. I don't think 90% of the new testament is bad. I don't even find 50% of it to be terrible for humanity.

Sorry - but YOUR problem is that YOU think the christ was a real person who actually said something - and that scripture is equal to the bible.
However - all the word scripture means is a religious text - and there are texts of OTHER religions that contradict your bible

We do not accept the bible as truth - only as YOUR belief - and we do not accept things that cannot be proven OUTSIDE of the bible

So - for example - the FLOOD is a MYTH - and there is NO reason to believe it happened - just as the christ is a myth and there is NO reason to believe the christ actually lived - there is NOTHING in the historical record (OUTSIDE of religious writings) - that even suggest either are true. THERE is not a single document from the supposed time of the christ - the golden age of rome that has millions of documents available - that even mentions his name (The word christ - meaning an annointed one - is actually claimed by several provable people - just not your christ)


And the FLOOD - if it happened - would represent a MURDER - committed by your god - of more than 10% of the people on earth - babies - infants - and children - who had not reached the age of responsibility so they could not have done anything to deserved to be murdered.

And while YOU make not think half the New Testament (It is ONE bible and you claim ONE god so the god of the Old testament HAS TO BE the god of the new as well) - is bad - READ 1 Timothy 2 and remember that more than half of the worlds population is women. THis new testament passage pretty much designates woman as properties of men who have no right to authority - must be silent - submissive - and PREGNANT to be saved - and this because of the "sin" of eve - who we ALL know is a fairy tale and would expect a god to also know that!

Show evidence for why it's your God, and why the characteristics you believe that God has apply.

Or you can just keep talking off your plate, demonstrating for all to see that you have nothing, believe irrational things, and are here to make yourself feel better about your irrational belief system.

The old testament is fucked up. Some of the new Testament seems pretty fucked up to me as well.

Christ did away with a lot of what was in the old testament such as when He said "let he who is without sin cast the first stone", and he did away with the law of Moses and said the law is summed up in loving others as you love yourself.

Not saying I don't think Christ is full of shit from time to time, but he did away with the majority of the Bullshit in the OT.

Gods seem to be the only bogus assertion I can think of that can't be dismissed out of hand in spite of there being zero evidence of any in 10,000 years of human history. The same people seem perfectly willing to dismiss other zero-evidence propositions, like all the other gods they don't believe in.
