This is a very difficult question, mainly because Christian Music can be an extremely broad category; it could even include The Pixies, what with Frank Black's love for the more fucked-up parts of the Old Testament. Of course, just to count some of the music in my collection:
Classical:
Bach's St. Matthew Passion (Fun Fact: Richard Dawkins chose this as one of his Desert Island Discs)
Bach's Mass in B Minor (Nitrous, the Kyrie, and a dental drill; who would have thought this combination would be so amazing?)
Jesus' Blood Never Failed Me Yet by Gavin Bryars
Fucking Everything by Arvo Part
Voices of Light by Richard Einhorn (If you haven't seen The Passion of Joan of Arc, why come?)
The Creation by Franz Josef Haydn
The Vespers by Sergei Rachmaninov
Popular:
Sixpence none the Richer (Name taken from a C.S. Lewis book; For no properly explained reason, their most popular music has a lot of lesbian subtext)
Satan is Real by The Louvin Brothers (the cover is cheesy, but the music is amazing)
Precious Lord Take My Hand by Mahalia Jackson (This played at my mother's funeral; mainly because we couldn't find any Lutherans willing to pull off my other choice)
Come Sunday by Duke Ellington with Mahalia Johnson
Leaning on the Everlasting Arms by Robert Mitchum
In the Beginning God by Duke Ellington
Lord Give Me Hope by Daniel Johnston
Johnny Cash. Nuff Said.
