He didn't delete anything. We deleted it, as the post violated our rules.

He gets the same warnings as everybody. In his first posts at least he did some addressing of the arguments made. Later posts were all copy/paste.

Ok, so let me make sure I am clear on this. Evolution happens to the entire species all at the same time, is that what you are tring to say. Like a mass transformation!

Ok, so let me make sure I am clear on this. Evolution happens to the entire species all at the same time, is that what you are tring to say. Like a mass transformation! Organisms do not adapt their own body – it is natural selection that enables various members of a group to survive and reproduce. Natural selection leads to the adaptation, the process doesn't involve any action on the part of the organism itself, nor does it involve a transformation process that takes place during the lifespan of a single organism.

Yes, this is true.
But, can a single human could posess traits inherited through passed down genes, which could allow them to be better, or learn certain things depending on the certain inherited genes.
Isn't that why people are getting smarter, faster, stronger and better at the things we do!
Could you say that the people of tomorrow will be more intelligent proportionally than the people of today.
So, if an intelligent person were to have offspring with another intelligent person, their child would have the potential to be more intelligent than them because of the inherited genes. I also understand that intelligenceis based on the learning process(education etc), but the inherited genes also play a role. Is this evolution in process? If not, what is this called.
And, is evolution just based on physical attributes, or does it involve intelligence as well.

You are clearly in an inadequate position to make statements about evolution and natural selection, please go learn the basics of the proposition before you make statements about it.

Insofar the traits you're speaking about are genetically encoded, yes. But you cannot pass on knowledge from one generation to the next in ths way.
ib.me.ub Wrote:Isn't that why people are getting smarter, faster, stronger and better at the things we do! People get smarter by education and by buidling on knowledge of previous generations captured on media (books, DVD, movie, what have you) or provided by that generation itself. Also there is the dynamic of culture that plays a significant role. So this is not the biological evolution but cultural evolution. We learn from each other. There may be a genetic effect also, but as far as I know it has not been verified yet. The common scientific take on this at the moment is that we are not smarter than Cro-Magnon, which is an early form of homo sapiens really.
ib.me.ub Wrote:Could you say that the people of tomorrow will be more intelligent proportionally than the people of today. If we shoot all dumb assess before they start making offspring, maybe. But it somehow does not sound as a feasible project to me. Some claim that we can leave the slow process of evolution altogether and plug in some memory into our brains from the nearby electronics store. But I have some serious doubts about that too. Call me a technofobe, call me a skeptic or call me a cynic, but please don't call me up!
