You just need to look on the better side of things I think. For example I presume you think your wife is beautiful and you share a bed as well I persume? I'd kill to have that some days.

I agree. At the risk of sounding harsh and bitter, it pains me that some people don't seem to realise what they've got.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

El C, do you ever go to the Self Realization Fellowship just to sit on a bench in the meditation garden? That's my go-to when I'm feeling particularly down; it's so nice to sit there, surrounded by some of the most beautiful foliage you've ever seen, while looking out onto the bright blue Pacific. It's free, but I always throw a couple of bucks into the donation box, because they really do keep that garden gorgeous.

Depression can be a friend, sit with it, talk (in your head) with it. Ask yourself just WHY YOU ARE FEELING THIS WAY.
Pretty soon you will realise it is only because you do not live up to someone else's expectations and think FUCK IT!
You both seem to be doing fine. Keep going and live your lives for yourselves, NOT someone else.
