It is Sunday morning. Saturday is gone, I can't get that back. That means one less day of existence. My finite life just got a day shorter. My life is one week shorter that last Sunday. Each day just keeps zipping by. I thought I knew so much, there is so much more to learn. Where has my life gone? Where did the time go, the years, the decades? This world can be so disappointing and difficult, then when that fateful day comes, that's it. I mean, that's the end, no more me, gone forever. Into the ground I go, no more life, just a memory. In a couple of generations I probably won't even be remembered. Its kinda sad.

But what if there really is a God? What if indeed when I die I have consciousness? What if I see God? What if I am wrong? What if God exists?

Even if you feel you are 99.99% sure there is no God, are you willing to risk your eternal destiny if that .01% chance it may be true?

And what if there's an Odin, or Zeus, or Quetzacoatl?

You might be wrong, so you have to worship all of those gods to cover your bases.

Only the stupid and weak minded fall for Pascal's Wager.

Revelation, so basically your original post is a caricature of a weak willed and whiny individual, who's life is so pathetic, that he's on the verge of believing in fairy tales to make him feel better because he can't deal with life and wants to take refuge with a comfort blanket in the existential storm? You could tase him, but it doesn't say you tased him in the bible, so he probably won't believe it happened. No amount of tasing will bring some electrical activity into his brain. If we are really talking about pascal's wager, we have ceased having an intellectual discussion. No one, not even most apologists will accept that terrible argument. Even if successful, it doesn't prove anything. It's meaningless if there really isn't a god, or there are very good arguments against the existence of god which make god's existence logically impossible.

You seem perfectly willing to ignore the chance that God may prefer Muslims, or Brahma is the deity who actually created the universe.
