I had some stains on the wall and ceiling above my stove, and baking soda and just a little rubbing with a wash rag got them right off without marring the paint.

My mom is now trying to convince me that "cancer is a fungus". She also said that cancer being uncontrolled division of cells is "just a theory".

Your step dad is nuts. You need WD40 as well.

If it moves and it shouldn't - duck tape.
If it doesn't move and it should - WD40.

I remember when my mom spent the little money she had at the moment on, if I recall correctly, an angel statue. I asked her why we couldn't get food instead, and she responded "Because we really need help!" She was trying to get angels to come to our house.
