I am not planning to debate about God's existence, I just want to talk about some doubts that I have about the atheism way of thinking. I want to know if everyone thinks the same about atheism.

Welcome, Jose!

You maybe should first find out what atheists think before reaching conclusions about the 'atheism way of thinking'. For instance, the only thing all atheists have in common is that we don't believe in any God or god, we think in lots of different ways and disagree on lots of things: we're similar to theists in that respect.

We are atheists for different reasons. This particular forum tends to attract atheists who cultivate skepticism and critical thinking, but there are people who are atheists because they were raised atheist (like many communists), so it never occurred to them that God might be real, atheists who for whatever reason always found God unbelievable from an early age, and there are probably other reasons that don't occur to me at the moment. We are diverse.
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.

Ben Davis: The Bible teaches that when a Christian dies the physical body goes to the grave and decompose, but at the moment the soul reaches heaven, a perfect and non corrupted body is given to that soul. That's why when someone dies you don't see a semi-transparent person raising from the body.

Insanity: Can you give one link so that I can read and analyze?

Mister Agenda: Thanks for your clarification. I appreciate your honesty and patience towards me.

I'll have a look now, I know of the research from when I was studying psychology at uni. Really interesting stuff. Not fully on the level of reading a mind but making some good strides in that kind of direction. Might take me a few mins.

Here's some links to the kinds of things they are doing;

I think I remember another where they were able to decipher some words of people's inner monologues. I'm struggling to find it though. When I'm on my PC next I'll have a decent look.

I'm going to talk from my own experiences. I talk to God everyday through prayer but God doesn't answer me with real conversations, but I believe God answers people's prayers through life's circumstances. If you heard someone say ''God told me this and that'', three things are sure: That God truly spoke with audible voice, or that same person need psychiatric help, or that person heard demonic voices and that person believed it came from God. That's maybe the reason why there has been mass suicides from people that claim to come from God.

Answering your last question: I haven't drunk any poisonous beverages because that would mean exposing myself to unnecessary risks and we as Christians can't tempt God. We believe that when Jesus Christ told his disciples that they would handle snakes and would crush scorpions he was talking about the authority that we as Christian have over the powers of the kingdom of darkness (Satan and his host of demons). For example, helping people to escape the addiction of pornography and drugs by trusting in the sacrifice that God made through Jesus Christ for the past, present and future sins of humanity.

Amazing how much you remind me of the former me.

EDIT: Just realized he seems to have had struggles with pedophilia. No, that's not me then.
