I will never find violence against women funny - ever!

But if the thread is titled "offensive", that should be fair warning.

Call me a hypocrite since, like you, I don't find violence against women or rape funny.

But one day I was looking through some demotivational posters and found one of five guys watching an attractive woman walking by that said, "Gang rape: Five out of Six people enjoy it" and for some ridiculous reason it cracked me up.

So yeah, I'm a hypocrite for that one.

I have a pretty dark sense of humor. It's rare that I find a joke that is just so offensive that I can't laugh.

So do I. One of my exes found out the hard way that I have a very dark streak generally, not just when it comes to humour.

I remember a friend telling me a VERY anti-semitic joke - very offensive - and laughing my head off at it - then feeling guilty for a day or two afterwards.

I think if you like one offensive joke you should tolerate them all.

With that said.

I am the most boring and unfunny guy in AF and I tried to do stand up comedy. It's very hard, so I have a huge respect for comedians. I'm fine with a comedian joking about anything as long as 1) it's not an unwarranted attack on individual 2) It's actually funny.

Here's one of my favorite comedians doing very offensive jokes: http://youtu.be/zv8d_ry-u-Q

Louis CK will be the death of me!! He's the reason I think terrible thoughts! Lol
Eddie Izzard is my favorite and Tim Minchin. But Louis CK is a close 3rd. They're all so funny.

Humour is a type of therapy, I'spose.
But I can't help thinking of Spock when he said!
"The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few"

You would've fucked him up with that logic! He he
I can see him lifting both eyebrows with that one...

So yeah, I'm a hypocrite for that one.

What do you call a black guy you flies a plane?

I don't find humor offensive. If you are offended by humor, even racist or sexist humor, you are missing the point.
