Marrying a Prison Inmate

As long as it doesn't hurt anyone, and both parties agree, then I say live and let live. Anyone who judges two adults for making a personal life decision for themselves, one that will not effect the person making the judgement, is to me, not unlike a Christian saying I'm going to hell for not agreeing with their definition of what is 'right'. Who am I to tell someone who they can marry (or for that matter, why should my opinion mean anything)? Same sex marriage anyone?

Thoughts? This isn't about staying married to someone that ended up having to go to prison, but meeting a person incarcerated for as long as life without the possibility of parole and marrying them regardless of ever being able to have a physical relationship with them.

Are conjugal visits a thing of the past then? I thought you could arrange sexy time with prison inmates you were married to, you just had to make an appointment to do it...

Are they crazy? Do you care either way? Would you do it and could you do it? Or is prison marriage now just the coolest thing since sliced bread?

Not necessarily; No; Something would have to go completely sideways in my life to consider this a good idea; I haven't done any extensive research on this or anything but based on demographic studies I've seen I think being a "none" is considered "cooler" than marrying incarcerated individuals.
