How my family is spelled different in latin script on every paper and passport we have, one time they spell like a french would most of the time it doesn't make sense.
My name on my prepaid college card is spelled so fucking wrong and by the way their is no E In my name. Your recently deposed and anally bayonetted leader was the subject of many articles that specifically addressed that nobody in the west knew how to spell his name, and the various news agencies also each had their own spelling.
