How can our resident teenage atheist ninja movie critic have been so boneheaded? Why must you break my heart?!"
Luke: You don't believe in the Force, do you?
Han Solo: Kid, I've flown from one side of this galaxy to the other, and I've seen a lot of strange stuff, but I've never seen *anything* to make me believe that there's one all-powerful Force controlling everything. 'Cause no mystical energy field controls *my* destiny. It's all a lot of simple tricks and nonsense.
I'm not playing I really am innocent

Where sometimes is heard a discouraging word

Haven't read the books and don't intend to. But the movies are GREAT, provided you watch them with Rifftrax. We've spent several family evenings just howling over them. These movies were just made for Riftrax. ---- It the only way to watch the Star Wars prequels too.
If there is a god, I want to believe that there is a god. If there is not a god, I want to believe that there is no god.

I've always thought that perhaps some film someday in the future will include a fan submitted commentary, especially the so bad its good type. Can you imagine RiffTrax as a special feature?! EDIT: And it turns out some old bad movies already have this: http://www.rifftrax.com/catalog/vod

Never read the books, but thought the first movie was average and the fake battle in the finale was fun. I was so bored on the rest of the films that all I remember is a shirtless wolf boy, poor love story, and no action.
I'll stick with The Notebook and Titanic for Valentines Day. |
