Although there are people who do use inspiration from reality and use that to compose music, I am not this type of person at all. I can use my inspiration from fantasy to achieve greatness and success in life just as good (if not better) than those people who do with inspiration from reality. Therefore, this right here says that my personal delusional fantasies will not have negative consequences for me. Instead, it is the exact opposite and I will be a successful composer in life because of it.

Dodgy You're aware that it's fantasy and not reality. That's not a delusion, dude. I thought we were talking about beliefs not just imagination.
I have delusions of grandeur through fantasy and use that in composing music and that is what is going to make me a successful composer with no negative consequences.

You're failing to see the point.. the fact that you realize that it's make believe, something that helps you compose and not reality...that means it's not a delusion in the sense of belief.

Let's pretend that I did have the delusion that fantasy is real and used that in composing music to make myself a successful composer. What would your opinions and such be about that now?

Cut off the second half of that sentence. If you you believe that a fantasy world is real, it wouldn't just stop when you stopped composing...that's why it would be a belief. And if you believed that you were living in some fantasy world, and you took actions based on your experience of this fantasy world, it's very possible (and depending on the situation, probable) that your actions would not be compatible with the reality that does exist.

Apparently you have one fewer, now.
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

I can tolerate most posters on this site but Mozart Link was unfailingly annoying.
