Probably because they think its the Hollywood indestructible body armor that you can be shot 50 times and carry on running around and diving through the air firing two pistols at the same time.
Even if it was I still wouldn't understand the logic. They won't regulate guns, but they want to regulate things that protect us from guns? I can't wrap my mind around it.

Not sure where you like, Chuck, but round these parts we call that a 'joke'. Not to worry, though. If I post another joke where you might see it, I'll be sure to put lots and lots of smilies out for you.
You're welcome in advance.

Mike Honda is a fucking idiot.
Body armor is one thing I demand be kept legal, unless gun ownership and proliferation becomes like Australia.
Between cops and citizens with guns, I'd like to play with an option other than "be a squishy meatbag filled with bullet holes" because some cop decided he could legally murder someone or some nut decides pumping lead into a crowd...

Yeah, I demand body armor be kept legal. That way I can be sure when I am shot by the cops of Ferguson from the front, the bullet will be stopped by the back of the jacket and be kept from injuring an innocent bystander behind me.

Body armor sounds good, I would wear it anywhere. What about the guns though.
I find it weird our politicians want us to get shot by getting rid of body armor

That is what t hey ARE trying to do . Why on earth do you think a 9 year old was able to shoot somebody. Politicians seem hellbent on lowering the American population.
I admit it is sort of fun to some extent
