If Markets are a bitch like that then why cap profits and administrative cost at 20 percent? Surely in such a competitive market, gross margins are going to be much less than 20%.

It was definitely crap. But it was actually cheaper than what the "Affordable" Care Act offers.

It was your insurer's decision to no longer offer that plan. The ACA grandfathered all existing health plans.

Hey, here is an idea, why don't Americans catch up with the rest of the western world and offer public health care? I know I'm snarky but seriously think of how many cancer patients you can treat for the price of one cruise missile.
