As shocking as this may sound, Chad, repeatedly making factually erroneous and easily-googleable claims over and over while trying to maintain the high ground kind of grinds on people, so it's not really a surprise if people are a bit quicker to jump to jibes and jokes with you..

I'm concerned about leaving and then having my account hijacked.

Don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out, either.

Don't be. I'm sorry to be the one to break this to you but, I doubt that you are really that important. If you're that worried, change your password to something impossibly absurd.

How so? Change your PW to something crazy and don't write it down.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

Change your password to whatever comes out when you mash your fist on the keyboard, ctrl+c/ctrl+v in the confirmation, then sleep easy that night.

Fr0d0 was banned for perfectly good reasons. Drich is perfectly free to come back any time he likes. We even discussed extending the temp ban retroactively to include the h0bb1t. I fail to see the mistreatment.
However, as has been pointed out, there's nothing stopping you from not posting (I think that works; sounded ok in my head).
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

Good thoughtful people are being mistreated by the mods (Hats) and long-time members have been banned (Frodo and Drich). I know the mods have their reasons and consider their decisions fair. I disagree, but it’s your forum. IMO it’s no longer a place for theists to have healthy dialog and discussions.
I feel wounded...
Who did I (or my colleagues) mistreat? and how?
Our purpose here is to enforce the rules. In order to do that, some posts need to be edited, some need to be removed... people who insist on behaving in such a way as to skip to the wrong side of the rules also tend to be removed.
If the member skips only very occasionally, then some leniency is typically shown.
The rules exist to try and keep the place running...Some are pretty commonplace, like the no trolling, and no spamming, and no flaming rules... others are a bit more aimed at this site in particular.
If you feel some rules are unfair or have been used to treat some people unfairly, please let us know. We'll discuss an improvement of the rule in question and Tib, should he agree (it's his site, after all), will then make the appropriate change.

I'm guessing that you're not broken up over what we might think of you if someone used the account to misrepresent you. Just remind your little brother, in the strongest possible language, that he is NOT to use your computer to troll AF in the future.
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

This sounds good in theory, but I've noticed when somebody does criticize application of the rules, often they are threatened with retaliation for voicing their opinion.
