That's probably your local dialect that you told us about some time ago... can't remember the name you gave it.
It has some similarities to italian, but it's not quite there.
pappau = father?
tottu = everything, all?
bucconettusu = to drink?
de su cani = from his pipe? (not smoking pipe, but plumbing pipe)

I tend to drink "água del cano".
