I tell you something. I'm seriously considering jacking all this in. I don't mind the job, I love the job, I love the responsibility, I love making a positive contribution, I love how I feel like I have a purpose again. But what puts the shit in my noodles is ungrateful little twats who don't have a legitimate complaint bitching about the way things are done, the very same judgements that they are perfectly fine with as long as they don't apply to them.
Isn't it interesting that while all the melodrama was blowing up yesterday, I personally had the professionalism to look after the welfare of the forum as a whole; making edits and general cleanups where necessary - including the removal of personally identifiable information. But some of you who will be nameless don't think to bother about that shit, do you? It's got to the point where, after moderating a post, I'm expecting a PM demanding to know why.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

We try and eliminate bias as much as possible.

We don't ban people because of their beliefs, after all. If that were true, and there's an inherent bias against theists on here, then why does it not say banned under your name?
Some mods wont like some members. Obvious truth is obvious. Hence why we have a quorum system. If there were any decent theists on the board we'd promote them too, like Ryaan when he was on the staff. But there aren't any.
So you can keep accusing us of being butt hurt despite not being in full possession of the facts & actually acting more butt hurt then any of us appear to be (butt hurt over what btw? I don't get it), but you won't get banned for it. Not now at least.

I'm suggesting that your god is a delusional fantasy and that your belief in him is irrational and illogical. I don't know why you don't just admit it.
Like I said in another thread: we announce our bans in public. A look through that list will see plenty of banned atheists. I would be sure that theists get banned more frequently compared to their percentage of the population, but let's be honest: atheists are vastly less likely to come to an atheist forum looking to stir up trouble.
