Or it can mean like a slutty skanky woman but it usually also implies they don't have good hygiene or sexual health too.
Nothing wrong with sluttiness but health and hygiene is important of course

Hmm, last I heard, Mabus was supposed to be sentenced after being arrested for violating the terms of his probation at least twice. That was last year.
I wonder what happened to that crazy fuck?
