I do not hold a belief in God, as it is an unsubstantiated claim, hence --> atheism.

However, I do not claim to know there isn't a god, hence --> agnosticism.

Newsflash, many, many theists are agnostic as well.

Do you believe that there is no God or just that God hasn't been substantiated?

I believe the concept of god favored by any theist I've ever met has all the attributes of an concept that started so flawed as to be utterly indefensible right from the beginning, and subsequently made worse by ad hoc bullshits clearly concocted to cover its flaws from the gullible.

It is not a wise bet that concept with such attributes, and lacking any independent direct evidence, has significant chance of being factual.

I would say anything else so unlikely to be true, for example the sun actually rises from the west and an elaborate misunderstanding caused us to believe it actually arises from the east, could be confidently dismissed as false. So god as you or any theists claim him to be as clearly do not exist as the sun does not rise from the west.

Nah, red beans and rice isn't that gassy a dish, not like chili, y'know?

Next time I make some I'll put up a recipe. This batch came out very well if I so allow, full of spice and sauce and bacony goodness.

Do you think that there is a chance that the energy that makes up the cosmos either always existed or that it came into being from absolutely nothing?

It came from nothing also my views of god is and are we don't need one and if one does exist it probably doesn't care. so i state my fact is for my for me anyways there is no god even though one could exist the right judgement is to worry about those around you first than worry about if a god exists or not.

The total energy of the universe is 0. So yes, zero energy came from nothing.

Of course there is a chance. But whether universe came from nothing, or came from something (which begs the question that you only assert you can answer, but do not answer at all), what it came from has no reason whatsoever to resemble your "god".

When scientists find the answer it wont be pretty for theists but hey we will understand how the universe came to be that is something to take away from it.

Careful with the word "nothing", guys. The way theists use it isn't really well defined. The big bang theory isn't a creation ex nihilo proposition, so if "nothing" means "non existence" then the answer would be we don't know, as there is no possible way to examine or measure non existence by definition.
