I'm wary about his stance on intervention in regards to ISIS, but for the most part he seems reasonable. But I really don't know if he's just an opportunist or whether he'll actually deviate from standard GOP policy.
If Rand Paul ran as a democunt....I'd consider voting for him.
Let's not forget he's a racist shitball. I'm sure you would.
