We all claim something.
Atheists claim that there is no God so what?
It is when the claim lead nowhere that the claim is wrong.
You also claim that yoga lead nowhere.
You claim that yoga is a religion and so on.
Where is your evidence that all your claim are true?
I claim that your claims are a load o"crap.
Find me wrong if you can! Smile

I don't know if you would do such a thing, but I'm not going to give you a chance to do so.

I agree that i will not convince anyone here.
As i already explained you the reason why i am here is to have a total opposite view so the clash will create maximum reaction and i will never get bored like if i would post in a forum in which people agree with me.
And also to improve my English.
I often check on google translation for the correct words.

I spent years and years traveling in India and south east Asia.
Been there done that sur.
Seen that, smell that, touch that, taste that, heard that, talk to them, experience similar feelings, live with them and so on.
What about you sur.
Did you ever leave your village? HiDemonHi

I said SAME thing not something. Christians also claim an improvement to ones happiness.

False. Atheist deny the God claim is justified. Antitheist claim there is no God.

Quote:Where is your evidence that all your claim are true?
You see how your questions made several assumptions that I don't agree with. This is why I don't answer your questions, since the question itself is flawed.

I gave you plenty of chances to provide evidence for your belief. Unfortunately for you, your "evidence" is nonsense.

Google translator! That might explain some of the utter non-sequitur replys you gave.

Village? You think I'm some kind of hick with an internet connection. I lived in Russia, Estonia, Italy and the USA. I also traveled to Greece, Canada, and China. Not to mention I converse with people the come from all over the world as part of my job. So I have left my "village" several times. And I've learned there are always gullible people in all these places. Back to the main point, traveling around the world doesn't make your claims more believable. My points still stand that you have way too many assumptions that can easily explain what you saw.

Surgenator, just quit before you lose your hair and you develop a heart condition. Discussing anything with Ricky is like trying to fill a cullender with water. I must have said this at least 5 times before but Ricky is right because he thinks he's right. You just can't argue with something like that. This type of person should only be responded to with mockery.

I stopped taking him seriously several pages back. The discussion with Ric develop into an experiment of which type of argument style works better on someone like Ric. Me changing the argument style also had a bonus entertainment effect since it pissed Ric off.

There is one more argument style I would like to try, but it requires a lot of work on my end. I wanted to use his older quotes to show how inconsistent his beliefs were, which requires me to search through a lot of pages. The repetition of the same arguments should give me enough material to work with, but I'm too lazy right now.

Well, I don't envy you. Remember to think calm thoughts, listen to classical music, have a relaxing hot bath. That's the only way I could cope with such blatent stupidity on such a scale.

When dealing with an assertion maniac, I've found simply asserting back is quite powerful. They refuse to play by any rules, so neither do you, and you trump each of their assertions with your own. They can't ask you for any more evidence than they are providing for their assertions, without exposing their futile position. I've used this quite a few times, and usually my opponent just gives up almost immediately.

That is absolutely bizarre rob.
Just few minutes ago in the other thread instead of coming up with evidence that karma and reincarnation are bullshit after you stated that you just write........... Really. Well have fun with that.

One of my brother is Christian and he seems to be quite relaxed and happy.
I think he is quite gullible into thinking that is all ok under the Christian sun which is not but again if he will have to face an hypothetical God at his physical death he wan't get in any trouble according to me as he was never involved into all sort of wrongdoing.
I believe that as far as you do things with sincerity you can always improve yourself regardless of your believes.

Garbage.
To justify something you have to prove.
Since when you had proved anything?
How the hell can you prove whether God exist or not if your method of proving is based on physical prove when an hypothetical God may not be physical?
It is only when you guys stop to be so stubborn into believing that something abstract should be proven in a physical way that you can start to understand how the system works. Wink Shades

Are you joking or what?
Flawed questions?
I only asked you to demonstrate that your claims are true.
Nothing intellectual, nothing philosophical.
All very very simple but you can not answer so you come up with your usual bullshit excuse.
Nothing new mate. Smile

Actually i keep on pointing them out time and time again to you but your intellect is not registering or you pretend that i am not answering.
Physics tell us that every action has got to have an opposite and equal reaction.
As we all live inside this universe we are NOT immune to this law so it is natural that each and every of our action will have to experience a reaction.
The karma law say exactly the same thing.
You guys say that you believe in physics but when the law of physic goes against your dogmas than the physical law doesn't apply anymore.
For Christ sake i am dealing with human beings or zombies? Confused Fall

True, but you forgot that the issue was about the guys that before and after the festival are just normal people feeling pain when a knife is inserted into their flesh but during the festival everything change and they defy the physical laws by not feeling any pain.
You still haven't explained how this is possible considering that under normal condition this is not possible and instead you come up with the statement that this is sort of not possible or it is all bullshit that is why i did asked if you ever left your village and see all this happening as i did. Confused Fall

Assumptions?
You have the chance to go and see for yourself that what i said is really happening and true so my assumptions can be turned into truth for you so instead of keeping on whining again and again you can finally understand how the system works. HiDemonHi

Have you just admitted that god is an abstract concept!
I have been saying this for ages.
The idea of what god is is a handy way for simple minded people to be able to deal with abstracts. So you end up with.
"God is love" "God is truth" "God is justice" like statements.

You can fix ignorance, you can't fix stupid.

An old saying goes that you are or become what you eat but better saying that you absorb from that kind of consciousness so you create that type of creature within.
In yoga also you become what is your object of thinking so you can go up or down consciously speaking.
The more you think about material things and the more you become something material.
On the other hand by concentrating on something sublime you can loose your material chains.
In this way it all become abstract in the way that the physicality is not there anymore.
That however doesn't mean that you are not anywhere.
You certainly are there.
Your consciousness is there so the word abstract become meaningless really.
All really happen is that you are now unchained and free.
You don't have to exist and be stuck inside a body anymore. Angel
