In this case I assume you mean those who don't 'believe' in gravity? Not the legitimate "anti gravity" crowd who are trying to exploit/overcome the limitations of gravity? 
I think the latter...They think you can annul the effects of gravity using electric effects from esoteric physics which are kept secret by the government or whomever, and the knowledge suppressed. Like the free energy guys. Possibly related. Probably overlap with the nazi flying disk crowd.

I really think I missed my calling (at one point, I was going to go into physics - but my math sucks). The opportunities for real-life trolling would have been worth it.

Ron Howard said that when he was making plans to shoot "Apollo 13" he went to the Kennedy Space Center and asked to use their anti-gravity room.
