A fair number of these parody threads are parodying this annoying theist habit of taking one topic and feeling so full of themselves that they split it into multiple, numbered, parts.

If we put the brakes on theist ego, we'd consequently put a stop to several parody threads.

I'm sometimes finding myself wondering what's up with the 'parade' of apostates. heretics, and blasphemers, supposedly fighting the 'good fight' by bringing The Word to the atheists here.

Really? Scriptural cherry pickers come here frequently and expect to be taken seriously? How is that supposed to work ? Cherry picking scriptures is predicated upon Jesus/God knowing LESS about what is applicable in the Bible than those folks that are coming here to 'save' us. If the holy gospel according to Jesus/God needs editing, revised, and/or rewritten by the likes of those showing up here to show us the light what are we to make of the Message ?

God fucked up ? God is a blowhard and some/most/nearly all of the blather in the good book can be ignored and yet we still might find Salvation in believing, even if the missionary spreading the gospel has the arrogance to take it upon himself the role of Jesus/God for us ?


How can an apostate lead anyone to heaven ?

Anyhow, it keeps happening, and some are so inept, so brazen, so full of themselves, I find myself thinking they are all socks.

Yeah I dunno, I can't figure out what they're doing. Maybe they're all parodies like you say.

I can only think they have such a skewed perception of logic and reality that they are somehow "winning" and that they have done god's work. I've yet to see one coherent argument put together. The only person I felt I could talk to properly was Michael. Where did he go?
