Not sure what impact it will have as it was not a ruling on a direct challenge to Obama's executive order but rather a ruling on it after reviewing the executive order in a criminal case.

I don't deny a ruling was made, DUH both the Fox article and the Post article are addressing the same case.

I do think just like Christians try to retrofit Jesus into the constitution the Fox article's take on what it means is BULLSHIT.

You are constantly looking for any way you can to take Obama down, just like Bonehead and Turtleman. Hate to tell you this but Obama is a lawyer himself Harvard FYI. "J.D. magna cum laude". I don't think Obama is worried about what this judge did, nor do I think it will have much if any impact on is Executive Order.

I read right wing and left wing articles, but much prefer to keep it as unbiased as possible. I do have a personal disgust for Fox, and avoid it like a virus. I also haven't watched MSNBC in six years.
