When you have it all, though; when there's nothing you don't know, nothing you haven't done, nothing you don't own, nothing you haven't experienced, then there's really only one thing to look forward to. One final event that, if transpired, will literally be the last thing you'll ever do: death. However, eternal life means that will never come. You'll be doomed to go on living, knowing there's something forever out of your reach.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

It's not your kingdom, your definition doesn't count, God rules His kingdom.

I never had much use for monarchy. Especially when it's make believe.

...Still not seeing it. It might have something to do with the fact that I didn't mention (or even think about) Jesus, Heaven, or regret, which were the main points of your reply.
The truth is absolute. Life forms are specks of specks (...) of specks of dust in the universe.
Why settle for normal, when you can be so much more? Why settle for something, when you can have everything?

I'm sure I could achieve a lot with a very long/eternal life.

Well depends if everyone gets to live a eternal life without a heaven or hell. if there was another earth like this i guess i would enjoy it.

I think the idea of an indefinite lifespan is great, if for no reason other than the fact that I am 100% confident in my ability to keep myself entertained and engaged. If anything, never having to worry about a time limit for existence would persuade me to do a lot of things that I would otherwise not find time to fit into my tragically finite lifespan.
However, I would gladly take a few decades and mortality over an eternal afterlife in which I have a choice only between eternal torment and eternal supplication.

GC if god existed and heaven, go could only do so much to keep the souls entertained for a massive limited amount of time. Eventually i can see people in heaven not wanting to be there anymore and just move on. Hell people would want to die and move on or just not exist. Since people are people and heaven you get a new body well then whats the point of doing anything after that.
