Same goes for videos. We saw it the first time, thanks all the same.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

I think the trolling rule is way to subjective to adjudicate. It falls entirely upon the current available staff as to which way a decision will go. I don't know what the answer to that is but I just thought is put it out there. Obviously there are lots of cases where there is no doubt.
