Once again, careful quote mining the Koran sort of predicts something which has already happened.
When I look at this type of interpretive reading side by side with Minimalist's thread on the LHC, I conclude that they are so different in kind that we don't consider comparing them as apples to apples. Shouldn't the all knowing all powerful creator of the universe be able to make some more useful predictions in their holy writ? Instead we get some sort of vague hand wave that the forelock (hair outside the skull) is somehow equivalent to the prefrontal cortex (neural tissue inside the skull.) Only if you have a major prior commitment to the religious mode of "thinking" does that make sense.
So how, exactly, does God know that She's NOT a brain in a vat?

Whichever magic book is being touted - the bible, kerrang, whatever - should be like the Monolith from 2001; the one that appeared at the Dawn of Man and imparts advanced knowledge directly into the apemen. That at least would be impressive and something you'd expect a god to be able to do.
