Today. I am at my UU church, on MLK day. The sermon is about region and Jail and Faith. A bunch of bull shit. I am VERY angry. I am trying to hide my anger but its very hard. Stupid. Respect is huge for me. I am taking my anger out on this. You can see the anger on my face. How can I get out of this? HELP!!!
