I'm not sure why anyone is surprised, the guy was a douche before they gave him the silly hat. The hat isn't magic, he's just a douche in a silly hat now.

Yeah, I mean, being atheist isn't making any claims. So there's nothing for us to be "wrong" about. We are not even saying that all their made up stories aren't true (except the logically impossible ones) but that there is no reason to think that they are true.

Yeah exactly. Alice nailed that one a while ago, that is not faith, it is zealotry. The absolute refusal to consider any evidence that might contradict your pre drawn conclusions.
