On the subject of women supposedly being more emotional than men, I think this may suffer from the same problem as other areas where gender stereotypes are causing the difference. Or at least a lot of the difference. The message I've heard on the whole has been, "men don't cry" and so on. Men seem to be discouraged from displaying emotions. So this may have led to a visible divide.

I know some cold hearted emotionless women no make that a lot. And only 1 or 2 of them really talk to me or bother me during the day.

Churches provide social support for many people and my guess is that is why more women remain in church. Among my religious friends it is usually the wife who wants to find a church even though both spouses believe equally in god.

Yes of course men are emotional, but most hide it, and it raises its ugly head when their drunk, or it comes to a head when arguing with whoever and they lash out and act stupid, all because stupid society makes them that way.

Of course guys are going to hide it because when we show it its a sign of weakness around other guy and girl friends and such.
