You clearly have not been to a theist forum. Most of them will ban you just for mentioning your atheism in your introduction thread.
Even if you can somehow get around to creating a thread after the introduction, you are most likely to be banned simply for debating civilly against their beliefs.
Theists on theistic forums are not known for their tolerance. They cannot and will not tolerate opposition to their beliefs. They expect atheists to swallow their crap as though it is wisdom.
Care to let us know the forums and your username so we can judge for ourselves, please do not pick one or two, if we can't see all of them then a bias could be setup.

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

This isn't the case, really. You need not believe me; sign up to a Christian forum as an atheist, and post as such. See how long you last.
Which one? What's the name?

Give me the name of the forum. Better yet . . . copy the post and paste it here that we may believe

Well I have been on religious forums, so I got no idea which ones you've been on. They are mostly tolerant, as I said if you are civil, where as here we get away with murder lol.

Is there a Christian forum where atheists are welcomed to discuss their views and debate without being banned for their atheistic views?
Any forum will take atheists. I know Catholic answers forums and OrthodoxChristianity. Net
does.
We're not all that intolerant as you think
I've been to orthodoxchristianity.net just a few months ago, and some of the members lashed-out at me immediately due to my atheist views. (I'm an ex-Orthodox.) I experienced the same thing on a Catholic forum, but they were generally more mature than the Orthodox (except the Catholics kept telling me I am actually an agnostic instead of an atheist ). I also had experienced the hatred of atheists on monachos.net (another Orthodox forum). But the very worst is christianforums.com. I asked a serious and courteous question about some of my ideas of God and they deleted my thread and told me I was blaspheming and flaming.
Try labeling yourself as an atheist and see what you are allowed to say on one of your forums.

Which "one"? Don't take my word -- or my biases -- for it. Google Christian forums. Enroll into a few. List yourself openly as an atheist. Post to that effect; ask uncomfortable questions, such as why would a good god create leukemia?, or can you have free will when your soul is held hostage?.
Seriously, if you're asking for only one which bans atheists on general principles, you probably haven't tracked how atheists are treated in Christian forums. A more parsimonious search would be to ask for one Christian forum which does not ban atheists on GP.
If you really need help finding the truth of this point, PM me. We'll sign up to a Christian forum together -- you can pick it, to remove any bias I might have -- and you can lurk as I demonstrate this point to you. Christians are some of the most intolerant sonsabitches going, and atheists are their favorite targets.
Oh, by the way, I just noticed that this is my five-year anniversary.

I tried christianforums.com several years ago and was banned after 9 posts. I made a major effort to be respectful and polite too. They just weren't having it. There were other atheists there that had hundreds of posts. I don't know how they managed it. Maybe they have a quota system.

So I went and dug up an old membership I had at a Christian forum, one I haven't posted on at all. Digging through theprofile fields, it's hilarious how legalistic they are, and how they want to know your "endtimes view", "origin of life" view, "life view", and so on.
I'm thinking that makes it easy for them to figure out who's who and what's what. Much easier that, you know, talking to a person.

I was there for a few months but I has to tip-toe around VERY carefully and be careful in my posts. Even then, my being there rubbed some of the hard hitting christians up very badly. I saw several atheists arrive and get banned within hours or days while I wad there.
I had one guy promise to convert me by PM (as he had a lot of experience bringing convicted criminals to god he said) so I accepted his offer. He started with 'do you accept the lord Jesus Christ as your saviour?' although a bit more elaborate. I replied 'No' and his language simply became abusive - so much for that.
They insisted that I capitalised 'god' so I obliged, one of them also told me that I should identify as agnostic instead of atheist. I told him I would as long as he did - the offer was not taken up. They were generally uncomfortable with non-believers really, eventually booting me out without warning and I'm still not sure of the reason. I think I had used the term 'cult' to describe them which probably tipped them over the edge.
