You took another action, you wrote the post above. Lets call that frame, a frame in which you exist and you are conscious of your own existence, frame P. Lets call the frame in which you read this post, also a frame in which you exist and you are conscious of your own existence, frame N.

From a physics standpoint there is nothing special about frame N or frame P. It is only you who give frame N special relevance and distinguish it over frame P.

Sorry, I don't think I follow. I myself am in an approximately inertial frame, that's my frame in which I measure time. Neglecting the accelerated movement of earth around the solar syatem and the galaxy, I am still in the same inertial frame I was a few hours ago. Since we only move with 1/1000 the speed of light around the galaxy, we are for all practical purposes always in approximately the same inertial frame.
