You need to clarify your question.

In general, if a being creates something, from that mere fact, one can only infer that it is capable, and willing (or cannot avoid), to create such a thing.

Can is a good word. Have you thought about effort and work as part of physics. IF physics is a creation then "infinite" has no effort.(infinite termed to express effortless).
